PREISE:
Der Grundpreis versteht sich pro Tag und Wohnung für 1 - 2 Personen. Für jede weitere Person wird ein Aufpreis (laut Preisliste) berechnet. Im Preis enthalten sind Unterkunft, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, eingerichtete Küche, WLAN, Strom, Heizung, Wasser, die Endreinigung sowie die „Klausen Card“. Die Benutzung der Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen ist gegen Gebühr. Bei einen Aufenthalt unter 3 Nächten wir ein Aufpreis von 55,00 € berechnet.
PREISNACHLÄSSE:
Die Preisnachlässe für Kinder sind bei den Preislisten pro Wohnung angegeben.
ORTSTAXE:
Mit 1. Jänner 2014 wird in Südtirol die Ortstaxe eingeführt. Die Ortstaxe wird pro Gast und Nächtigung ab 14 Jahren eingehoben. Diese beträgt im Jahr 2026: 2,40 € pro Person und Nächtigung.
HAUSTIERE:
Haustiere sind in unseren Ferienwohnungen nicht erlaubt. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis.
AN- & ABREISE:
Am Anreisetag sind Ferienwohnungen ab 15:00 Uhr verfügbar.Am Abreisetag bitten wir Sie, die Ferienwohnung innerhalb 10:00 Uhr freizugeben.
BEZAHLUNG:
Wir bitten Sie, die Rechnung für Ihren Aufenthalt am Vorabend oder am Morgen der Abreise zu begleichen.Sie können bei uns mit Bargeld, oder mit Banküberweisung (im Voraus) bezahlen. Bezahlung mitKredit- oder Bankomatkarte ist nicht möglich.
BUCHUNGSKONDITIONEN:
Bei Bezahlung des Angeldes (Buchungssicherstellung) und der Zusendung der Buchungsbestätigung wir die Buchung verbindlich. Das Angeld beträgt 35% des Buchungswertes.
Das Angeld wird bei einer Stornierung nicht zurückerstattet. Außerdem gelten folgende Stornobedingungen: Stornobedingungen im Sinne des Art. 1382 ZGB

STORNOBEDINGUNGEN:
Wir bieten Ihnen folgende Stornobedingungen im Sinne des Art. 1382 ZGB an:
Bis 3 Monate vor Anreise werden keine Stornogebühren berechnet, nur das Angeld wird einbehalten.
Ab 3 Monaten bis 4 Wochen vor Anreise berechnen wir 40 % des Buchungswertes.
1 Monat bis 1 Woche vor Reiseantritt beträgt die Stornogebühr 70% des Buchungspreises.
In der letzten Woche vor Reiseantritt beträgt die Gebühr 90%: Bei nicht Erscheinung bzw. vorzeitiger Abreise des Gastes wird der volle Betrag für den gesamten Buchungszeitraum in Rechnung gestellt.
SERVIZI INCLUSI:
Soggiorno, biancheria da letto, asciugamani, cucina attrezzata, Wi-Fi, elettricità, riscaldamento, acqua, pulizia finale e la "Klausen Card". L'uso della lavatrice/della stanza lavanderia è a pagamento.

Supplemento per soggiorni inferiori a 3 notti: 55,00 €

Fino a 3 mesi prima dell'arrivo non viene addebitata alcuna penale, solo la caparra confermatoria viene ritenuta.
