We are the Baumgartner family and run the Öbersthof in Latzfons with diligence and dedication. The farm is located at an altitude of 1,700 m, surrounded by species-rich and natural mountain meadows and forests. Our operation focuses on humane and high-quality beef cattle farming. Since spring 2024, we also offer farm holidays.

Latzfons is the largest fraction of the municipality of Klausen, located in the Eisacktal at an altitude of 1160m, and offers a picturesque setting amidst the South Tyrolean Alps. Latzfons is known for its idyllic atmosphere and the traditional charm of a typical South Tyrolean mountain village.
